33 rice bran part pilgrimage first bill place in southern Oshu

The Terashita Kannon in the east foot of Mount Hashikami is known as venerable sacred place that worshiper that there is many as 33 rice bran part (nukanobu) pilgrimage first bill place in southern Oshu visits, and there is "candle temple trace" said to be the Japanese oldest "lighthouse". In hope of security of ship navigating Kobunato cape (look after Kominato, and bloom) neighborhood, we are introduced as it was erected in 1729 (Kyoho 14) by Tsu Buddhist priest required (shinyo), and annual festival is performed every year in May.
Statue of Kannon whom tradition remains as learned and virtuous priest bank group conveyed is enshrined in Kannondo said to have been erected in the Kamakura era. The tide mountain (cow stops) Shinto shrine is enshrined other than Kannondo, but originally is enshrined deity in 1186 (Bunji 2); passed, and was said to Kannondo that worshiped in addition for Tsu master life (futsunushinomikoto), and was targeted in faith for a long time as sacred place of mixture of Buddhism and Shintoism.
